Q: How do we book a session with you?

A: Contact me via email or the contact page. All sessions require a non-refundable 50% retainer upon booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due the day before your scheduled session. 

Q: When can we expect to see our photos from our portrait session?

A: Post-production for portrait sessions are completed and delivered one to two weeks after the date of the shoot. If you require the images to be completed and delivered prior, a rush process fee will be applied.

Q: What form of payments do you accept?

A: Cash, Cashier’s Check, Venmo, Paypal, Zelle

Q: If we cancel our booking will we receive our deposit back?

A: The deposit is non-refundable. However, I understand that unforeseen events may happen, so I will try my best to work out alternatives such as booking a new session date, if possible.

Q: What if there is rain or bad weather during our session?

A: In case of rain or bad weather we will have to improvise, if possible. Bad weather is not a reason for cancellation, however, I will try my best to work out alternatives as there are no refunds due to weather.
